People Engagement Surveys are conducted regularly to gauge the engagement levels of our employees and to obtain feedback from them in various dimensions pertaining to the company and their work. Based on the survey findings specific interventions are drawn up.
All employees of Saint-Gobain India have the possibility of investing in the equity of our parent company Compagnie de Saint-Gobain at substantially discounted rates. This reinforces in our people a stronger sense of involvement and identification with the company.
